Refund Policy

At The Cyber Wing, we are committed to providing high-quality education in Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or workshop.

1. Course Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for our online recorded courses. If you are not satisfied with the content, you can request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided that:

• You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
• You have not downloaded any certificates or premium resources included in the course.

2. Workshops & Live Sessions

Refunds for Live Workshops or Bootcamps are only applicable if requested at least 48 hours before the start of the session. Once the workshop has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Free or Paid PDF E-books and study materials.
• Registration fees for offline events or seminars.
• Bundled offers or discounted promotional courses.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from the final refund amount.
